SEASON 2: RESILIENCE

The level of our success is limited only by our imagination, and no act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.
-Aesop

Lessons From The Dead

Lessons From the Dead is the first show of the 2020-2021 season! This production was unlike anything ITPA has ever done before. Instead of performing on a stage, it was filmed and streamed for everyone to watch from the comfort of their homes! The cast played ghosts living in the town of Spoon River and told the stories of their lives and regrets.

Chicago: High School Edition

Chicago was performed by one of our two musical theatre classes in 2021. It's set in the 1920's, and tells the story of two murderesses: Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly. It was the first musical to be performed in Loudoun County since the start of the pandemic! With it's sleek costumes and classic songs, this production was a show stopper!

Freaky Friday: A New Musical

The second musical theatre class performed Freaky Friday: A new musical! This show follows Ellie Blake, who switches bodies with her mother, Katherine Blake. The two are polar opposites and have trouble navigating each other's lives. This class was mostly underclassman, and it was a lot of students first show with ITPA!
