This is who we are.

We are a community of people who are passionate about the performing arts. 

Founded in the spring and summer of 2019, we worked to create a program that focuses first on community building and the well-being of every student who participates in ITPA. 

Student leadership and collaboration are paramount. 

Students who helped guide the creation of our program look for leaders who can unite students in a common goal, are good listeners, know both their own strengths and are good at identifying the strengths of their peers, and believe that leading by example is required. 

ITPA believes that all members involved in this community are here to strengthen the solid foundation that has been established by our original company, to strengthen our community (both performers and audience), to put in the "hard work," and most importantly, to live the example of caring and inclusivity.
