- We will once again include bios in the playbill for all cast and crew members. There are VERY SPECIFIC CHARACTER COUNT guidelines explained in the form. If you DO NOT follow the guidelines, a generic bio will be inserted for you. It takes hours upon hours to edit and insert the bios so we cannot be responsible for cutting down the length if you do not follow the guidelines stated.
TECH WEEK/SHOW DAY MEALS: DEADLINE FRIDAY APRIL 14TH
- We will once again offer families the opportunity to pre-order meals for the tech week rehearsal days and show days. YOU MUST PREORDER BY APRIL 14TH...AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. The cost for is 8 MEALS = $100. Payment MUST BE MADE VIA PAYPAL AT THE TIME OF FORM SUBMISSION.

- We had such a successful run of The Little Mermaid that our concession closet is a little empty! I have included Amazon links to several items on the wish list. We found during The Little Mermaid run that Amazon had better variety, quantities and pricing than Costco and Sam's Club.
- We have requested some additional chocolate candy BUT will update with specific selections very soon. We found some variety packages have low-take items and we do not want to have large quantities of any unpopular items left at the end of this show!
- PLEASE REMEMBER EVERY FAMILY IS EXPECTED TO VOLUNTEER AND/OR DONATE TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT.
